Sacramento Beautiful House/3 Bedrooms For Rent

Our lovely home has an extra 3 bedrooms we’d love to share. We would really rather prefer all three rooms rented together, but are open to other ideas as well. The bathroom would be shared amount the 3 or less renters, along with a front entrance, a furnished dining room, and a furnished living room with a TV that includes cable and Netflix. (These rooms would not be shared with the homeowner) Shared, would be the very big kitchen and laundry washing and drying machines. If the three rooms were rented out by a single buyer, everything listed would be completely privately theirs and the only thing shared would be the kitchen (which has all the amenities and space you could need) and the laundry. The asking price for all three rooms together can be brought down to 1,700 a month. Either way the private front entrance to the house is electronically locking to secure a safe environment. I live here with my 2 daughters who are only here 3 days out of the week. Our rooms are on the completely other side of the house along with our own bathroom, nook, and living room. The girls do online schooling together and get along with everyone so well. I work a good part of the day and keep myself busy at other times by cooking or making plans with my daughters. We also have two dogs, 1 medium and 1 tiny, both are completely trained to go outside when needed and also to stay good, quiet, and obedient animals. We also have a large backyard with a pool we keep running during summer. We are very laid back and reasonable and we’d love to hear of anyone thinks this could be the spot for them !
