This room is for a single occupant, however, there are twin beds so an additional rental cost would apply for double occupants. All utilities are included and there’s a private gym on the premises. The owner occupier is a retired military veteran, very peaceful and respectful.
This property is close to public transportation and many shopping centers. The area is very peaceful with security cameras throughout the common areas.
