Come be our third roommate!

Hello, we are looking for a person to fill the third room in our 3 bed 2.5 bath apartment. Your new roommates would be a female and gay male :) We prefer someone who is in their mid to late twenties. We are looking for somebody that is clean, kind and respectful (females only). This place would be great for either a working professional or grad student. Sorry no pets!

We live in a cool triplex in North Oak Park walking distance from Gunthers Ice Cream, Old Soul, Pangea, among other restaurants and stores. The bedroom is spacious enough to fit a queen bed and dresser, has a normal size closet. You would have to share a bathroom with one other roommate. You would have access to washer and dryer in unit, private parking, private backyard. Shared spaces are fully furnished. We have the great advantage of being located so close (5-15min) to Sacramento State, UC Davis Medical Center, McGeorge School of Law, Sac City, Midtown, and Downtown! The room is available June 1st for move-in! The base rent would be $895+utilities(about 80-100 per month). One year lease plus a $895 security deposit. Please DM if interested!
