My name is Tom, I own the house in which I’m renting the room. It’s a single bedroom that I’m looking to rent out for $700 with a deposit of $300. The house itself has 3 bedrooms, one of which is mine and the other is for my cats lol I’m an animal lover. I have 2 huskies and 3 cats so you’ll be around animals if you don’t mind. The space itself has an open closet with some storage area above, shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a patio or porch if you call it and I don’t use it much so your free to hang out there if you like. The living room is fine to hangout in as well as long as your fine with the dogs running around. Im fine with smokers as long as you don’t smoke cigarettes IN the house!
