Condo room for rent

I am renting one bedroom of my condominium in a small, gated community with a pool. There is onsite parking for one vehicle. If you have more than one you will have to park the others on the street. You will have your own bathroom. I have washer and dryer in the unit. The rent seems a little high because I attend Chiropractic school and work in the Bay area so you will have the place to yourself 95% of the time. So you are really renting a 1 bedroom at a reduced cost for my occasional stay. It is completely furnished except your bedroom of course. The cost includes all utilities (W/S/G/E) and internet. The rent will be $1200 a month so income should be 2.5x that. Since I have had a bad experience I will require 1st months rent plus a $1000 deposit for a total of $2200 move-in. If you are a couple, the rent would be $1500 per month. If you have a dog, it has to be under 20 pounds, no exceptions (HOA rules). An additional $500 pet deposit would be required. No cats, I am allergic. 420 friendly on the patio. The appliances in the pictures are old, they are now stainless steel appliances. Sorry I only have a couple pictures after renovation.
