3 unit apartment complex nice area

Cozy 2 bed apartment with back patio. Central heat and air . Utility's are included unless we abuse it then rent will go up per landlord. You'll pay the landlord directly. Shared bathroom. Nice neighborhood. Some parking in complex available. Laundry on sight or laundry mat up the road about a mile. You pay at the complex to use. Dishwasher. .
Me I'm clean and respectful and expect the same. No overnight guest for a while. Let me know you first. I'm chill most of the time.. no smoking in unit. Moderate drinking if you drink. Must like dogs. Spoiled pup in the house who usaly gos where I go. You won't have to watch him. He's a charter for sure. Friendly and loves most people. Protective of me and the house will bark and go to door to be nosy who's there and CK it out. He may go out door if you open it too soon (has screen) prefer dog is secured so he don't get out before screen opens.. he's never bitten anyone or showed aggression in any way. .short haired Doxy lab mix short long big dog. I was seldom home but will be home more often but I do leave for days at a time sometimes (boyfriend or moms) I don't mind company coming over just a heads up if they do but not necessary. I'll do the same and let you know someone stoping in. You won't have to leave or stay held up in your room. I'd like to build friendship but not necessary I can give you privacy you need. Respect for me dog and belongings expected and will be given. We share a fridge. You supply your own food and drinks. .music kept at decent levels as t. C. S too. Plee to .e is safe olacease.
