Quiet/Clean Room and Neighborhood

Hi all! I have a room for rent in a quiet, off the main drag neighborhood. There's plenty of parking, even driveway parking, Safeway, Walmart, KP Market and public transportation to name a few of the amenities available within a 5 min drive. The room has the best light in the house, in the warmer months your view will be the lush green trees that border the backyard. The room can be furnished or not, up to you. The house has air, heating, dishwasher, internet, washer/dryer. There are also three cats, they will leave you alone for the most part. I have one orange cat, Mango, who might require some pets.
