Approximately 2340 square feet, new home with gourmet kitchen with all Cafe appliances. House is 4 bedrooms, loft and 3 full baths. Conveniently near parks, restaurants and shopping centers. We are looking for 1 person to rent who is friendly, respectful, responsible, clean and like dogs. No smoking or drugs. The rent is $950 for the 10.5x12 room. Security deposit is equal to 1 month room rent. You will need to pass credit check and background checks.

About roomates:
We are Professional, Responsible and Drama free. Friendly gay male couple and 1 straight male. We are very easy-going people, in our late 30s to 40's, who likes to maintain a very positive and clean environment. One works from home full time. We have 3 loving dogs.
