I was living there but just secured regular employment in Oakland so I'm moving there with my 15lb non shedding pup, Dexter. I will still have a room available in the house and will sometimes come back to do house projects and visit.
The current roommate Eric is a really chill guy. Works fulltime in theatre and is out of the house often. We also have a smaller bedroom available for $700.
The house is sunny, fully furnished, and is pretty mellow. We're also open to parties and enjoy other people so guests aren't a problem.
