I have a spare bedroom, spare bathroom and laundry, living area and kitchen amenities to share. The home also has a back yard and is located in a gated community that is near the freeway and shopping centers.
Looking for a roommate that is clean, amicable and considerate of shared spaces. Additionally, no loud parties allowed.
Looking to rent out for a minimum of 9 months and a maximum of 12 months.. I am also open to negotiating the rate of the room.
