We are resigning the lease next month in OCT. 7th. The Master will be empty. It has a private bathroom, a private patio off the master suite, and walk in closet attached. Washer and dryer in unit. We are looking for new roommate or a couple to move in and MUST be on the lease with us for 12 months. About us; we are in our early 20s, have a pet rabbit, enjoy our time at home and love to make our home as beautiful as possible. The living room, kitchen and dining room are fully furnished, so there's no need to buy extra furniture. 6 min drive from downtown, 15 minutes to airport and Natomas Crossing shopping center is 5 minutes away.
