Off street parking for one car in driveway. I’m recently retired and starting up a part-time business at home. I plan to be away often. I have a sweet and well behaved German Shepherd named Alice. Close to downtown, American River bicycle trail, Old Sacramento and Midtown. New TV and sound-bar surround sound system in bedroom. Room comes furnished with towels, sheets, iron/ironing board. All utilities included. Ideal roommate would be a professional seeking temporary furnished housing up to 6 months (maybe longer). I want someone dependable that cleans-up after themselves and is considerate of others. $150.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit required.
