Private room with private bathroom available to rent in a bath apartment. Shared living space (kitchen, living room and dining area). In unit laundry. Application must be submitted to the property management. Credit check not necessary and no security deposit required.

27year old solo woman currently occupying one of the private rooms. Works full time and is preferably looking for another woman to take over the current tenant’s lease.
