Hello! This listing is for a fully furnished shared home near HWY 395, shops & fine dining. We have 2 private bedrooms available in our 4BDRM house. They come with a king size bed, plastic 3 drawer storage organizer, lamp, plenty of closet space and Smart TV. The bed can also be converted into 2 twin beds as well if desired. There's currently 3 individuals living in the house right now. 1 individuals and a couple. We're all in our early 20s.

There's no smoking. No tenants with children. There's currently 2 cats and dog at the house. Room and bathroom must be maintained. Lease is month by month and price is for each room per month:)
