One spacious room available with a personal in suite full-sized bathroom and closet. Rent is $1100/month which includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and a drive way parking spot. The house is in a quiet private neighborhood. Located hillside with a view of the city, it is near major highways (71 and 60 Freeways), shopping (Shoppes at Chino Hills), and great restaurants.

The house itself has many amenities including: a full bar, hot tub, pool, dry sauna, outdoor lounge areas, gym area, laundry room, and large kitchen and living room. There are several balconies overlooking the city as well as a projector for watching movies.

The house has a good atmosphere. Finding a place to relax in privacy is extremely easy, though finding someone to talk and hang out with in the evening isn't hard either. All the roommates are responsible young professionals in our mid 20’s to early 30’s. We are into things like snowboarding, spending time outdoors, and sports. It remains quiet in the house almost always. Everyone is conscious about keeping the house clean and the common areas are well kept.
