We are a couple with no children subleasing our upstairs bedroom with unattached hallway bathroom. Our house is located in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Chino Hills with lots of walking trails and parks near by.
The bedroom is not big but it’s light and airy with closet. You will have private use to the bathroom in the hallway.
All utilities will be on us, electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash. We have cleaning lady coming once a month to clean the common areas. Kitchen and laundry will be shared. Parking will be on drive way or street.
Supermarkets, shopping, dinning can all be reached within 10-15 mins of driving.
