Room For Rent in Fontana California

I have a single room for rent it's 12×12 clean room in the city of Fontana has central air has 1 bathroom bath/shower wifi is included with rental agreement no pets allowed must be you must be a clean person we can do a contract or month to month but I do require first and last month's rent to be paid upfront full appliances are there to use stove, microwave ,oven, washer and dryer. Utilities will be included. Must supply your own food, soap and all personal care products. Must bring your own bed and furniture to furnish the room has closet for clothing and shoes.
