Peaceful Hunters Ridge, Fontana 2 story home.

Two story, 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, 3 car garage house. Shared living room, kitchen area, laundry room and bathroom located downstairs. Shared backyard. Backyard has a relaxing scenery with a big custom made waterfall and lots of greenery. Two full size refrigerators on premises. Renter will have their own full size refrigerator. Shared new washer and dryer. Rooms are upstairs. One room is currently furnished with a queen size bed with new mattress that has never been slept on, full matching dresser and nightstand and 27 inch Panasonic flatscreen TV that may be mounted on the wall. Items can be taken out of the bedroom if tenant prefers to bring their own items. Bathroom upstairs will be tenants private restroom. Bathroom has two sinks plenty of cabinet space. Sink and vanity area are separate from toilet and shower area. Shared living room space has a 60 inch Samsung TV mounted on the wall. Netflix and Disney + subscriptions paid for on the shared space TV. Sectional and love seat in shared living room space with a great view to backyard waterfall and greenery. Shared kitchen area includes a full size refrigerator with water and ice machine (new filter installed), stove, microwave and new dishwasher. Tenant will have designated pantry shelves. Air fryer and Keurig available for use as long as tenants clean up after each use. Kitchen has an island with 3 bar stools perfect place to have meals with the best view of the waterfall in the backyard. Downstairs there is another restroom. In the garage there is a stationary Pro-Form bike, Pro-Foam rower, treadmill and Everlasting punching bag that may be used if tenants likes to workout. A 40 inch Vizio TV is mounted in the garage for use while working out. Female roommates preferred. I prefer a calm, clean and mature roommate that works afternoons/night shift. Night shift not a must but preferred. I run my own business out of my home and use the formal living room area (not shared living room area) a few evenings a week for 2 hours. I work a full time day job at a Training Center for firefighters. I work both in office and remotely. I keep things very tidy, clean and smelling good. I clean up after myself everyday and expect the same from my roommates. Sorry but no overnight guests allowed. I have a hypoallergenic 9 year old, 6 pound maltipoo that is house trained. His name is Rufus. He only stays in his area and is not allowed upstairs. He is a hug and kisses kinda fellow. If you are interested please contact me.
