Room for Rent in Montcair

Looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease. It is up in August, landlord says you can stay until then or re-sign a new lease. Lease is 1 year.

Room is on the first floor and shares a bathroom. There is onsite laundry and garage access with plenty of street parking. Kitchen and backyard are spacious. Landscaping is covered by landlord. No pets and utilities are not included.

There are 5 people who live in the house, 3 have or will be moving out. They keep to themselves but are friendly. All residents are students.
