Females Only

The house in located in North Fontana above the 210 and 15 freeway. The house is four bedrooms and the one available is the bottom bedroom with a full bathroom next to it. It is a private bathroom 95% of the time unless guest or family come over. The house has all the amenities you need including WiFi, kitchen, laundry and a pool. I do have a small dog very tame and good natured. The room is furnished with new furniture, queen size mattress and a 50in tv. The reason I'm asking for a female only is because I do have 50/50 custody of my twin daughters (17)and I would feel more comfortable if I had a female roommate. The room is available now. I am asking $800 a month with last month rent upfront. Any other questions just ask.
