2 rooms for rent

The larger of the rooms has its own entrance and large closet space
The second it's smaller but it's a good size with a smaller closet. And it does not have its own entrance.
Both rooms share one bathroom which is located in the house. House is in a nice neighborhood and close to freeway and shopping centers. I would like somebody who isn't lazy and is willing to help around the house when needed. Rooms must be kept clean and help with the kitchen and bathroom. No pets are allowed and I have a swimming pool in the backyard
