Master Bedroom w/ 1 Garage Space For Rent!!!

Hello,

This listing is for the master bedroom of the property. It comes with a personal restroom and 1 garage parking spot. WILL BE AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN ON 2/1/23. The house is 4 bedroom and 2 bath. There are currently 3 of us in the home.

We are the original tenants to the property; we are looking for a new tenant and have approval from the landlord to do so.

Rami Abdi - Student Nurse at Chamberlain University Irwindale (open to carpooling) - works from home

We have one sweet cat named Coco at the property. Unfortunately, because of this, we cannot accept other dogs on the property.

We like live clean. Not absolute neat freaks but once a week we rotate cleaning portions of the house and we don’t wear shoes inside. If you would like to move in, you would be added to this rotation. Common courtesies are followed (cleaning your own dishes, picking up after guests you bring over, etc).

Utilities are included in rent.

Feel free to use the washer/dryer, stove, microwave, and all other amenities at the property. You’ll have full access to everything. We just as for you to just pick up after yourself and be courteous.

No portable/single room AC. Someone having one tripled our electric bill.

You can have overnight guests and bring people over. Just no loud sounds late at night on weekdays we have classes and work and clean up after others.

Couples are allowed, but an additional $200 charge is added.

We currently have a roommate in the process of moving out of this room. He's moving out due to a room opening up in his friends place. Also don’t have the pool table anymore shown in the photos

Deposit is 1 month rent + $300
