Looking for ONE PERSON to move in on or around March 1st. Read below.

Walmart - 3 miles
Ontario Mills -- 6.3 miles
Ontario International Airport - 2.9 miles
University of Laverne College of Law - 0.6 miles
Room: $825 per month. This room comes furnished with a Bed, T. V. Stand, T. V., and an End Table
**PLEASE NO PETS, CHILDREN, OR ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS. ALSO NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS.**

- A noisy person/party animal.
- Someone who has people over often.
- Someone who doesn't respect my space and privacy.
- A messy person - when you're finished clean up after yourself.
- A cigarette smoker.
