Community amenities include a basketball and tennis court, Olympic size pool, splash toddler pool, children’s jungle gym and plenty of guest parking is available. Current tenants are two bilingual Mexican American sisters that work full time. One works from home full time and the other is hybrid, works from home two days a week. Very safe community with ring camera at front door and someone is almost always home. Both sisters are very outgoing, social, fun loving and accepting, our home is an easy going environment, no major rules other than no smoking, common courtesy, mutual respect and cleanliness to the shared bathroom and common areas. Guests allowed so long as they are also respectful and do not pose a threat to the safety nor the integrity of the home. One small 10yr old Maltipoo dog in the home so you must be comfortable with dogs. He is very friendly with no history of aggression, he simply loves cuddles and belly rubs.
