Hello, Renting a room
In a house in Rancho Cucamonga, was not able to edit the place that I am renting on Ap, so would like to clarify that information.

I am renting an spacious room with shared bathroom. Room is spacious , large closet . I live in an area where is safe , neighbors are quite and respectful, clean environment. House is in heaven Ave and right behind Trader Joe’s , near Chaffey college and 210 freeway .
Looking for someone professional with similar life style, FEMALE Preferred , with no children, no couples, or animals please.
No drugs or any kind of smoke
No alcohol
No visitors , I don’t accept any strangers on the house for safety reasons .
Looking for first shift work schedule
Please reach out if you are working , as income verification is required.

Consider myself easy going, bringing no drama to the house, and like to keep a good living environment.
Renting room only , kitchen available for warming up food.
Rent due : 810
per month plus one month deposit.

I will be doing a background check as well.
