Modern Condo in Amazing Location

Walking in you are greeted to a wide open floor plan, dark rustic hardwood flooring, and an abundant amount of sunshine coming through the 3 panel windows from the balcony. The room itself is exceptionally spacious and has great sunlight as well as decent closet space. My Girlfriend and I are both in school and working in the healthcare field. We will be home periodically but are pretty quiet and usually busy with school or work. We never venture to the other side of the house so we figured “why not rent the rooms out?”.
