1 bedroom 1 bath lofted Condo in gated community

Very small, quiet, gated community with my lofted condo. Big bedroom with triple door closet. Bathroom is attached (there is a door to enter from the hallway as well as the room), but will be used as only your personal bathroom. Guests can use individual bathrooms. Parking pass to inside parking will be given but not garage parking. If the inside is taken, there is parking right outside the gate on the street. Washer dryer included. Utilities will be split down the middle (but condo is in an HOA so I do not receive a water bill so neither will you) Pool, tennis court, and basket ball court. (Small dog park if that matters 😂) Room not furnished. Rest of condo is furnished so cannot fit extra stuff unfortunately. If you need to store some boxes, I do have room in the garage. Doing a year lease to start, and if everything is great and it’s up and you want to renew it- I will have no issues whatsoever!

Annnnd here’s where the perfect set up is a bitttt not perfect anymore 😅

I have 2 cats and 3 dogs as my roomies. (Dogs are 2 mini schnauzers and a German but she’s on the smaller side)

All I care about, is you feeling comfortable and happy with the pets and I just ask, if you CANNOT sign a year lease- without the confidence that animals won’t be an issue- please don’t respond. (A meet and greet at the condo is mandatory before you sign, main reason is being comfortable with the animals after meeting them to help you solidify perusing my condo)
