I have another room rent already that's the reason bathroom have to be shared.
We expect respect to us the owners and to the other rental he is a male that's also the reason we are looking for male because bathroom shared.
He his very peaceful. Very clean, a wonderful person we want him to have peace and respect and cleaness.
We are also a couple that like peace.
Person interested need to work during the day because other reasons.
