Searching for a new roommate in NORMAL HEIGHTS neighborhood. Light, bright bedroom located in the front of this 2BR Normal Heights Craftsman home. The bathroom, living, kitchen, dining areas, as well as the single garage, are all considered shared areas. Street parking (two spots in front of house are kind of first come first serve). There is a single garage/driveway in the back yard that could make great for storage, work area or private patio/studio.

Room measures 10' x 11' and has a standard slider mirrored closet with a few built in shelves, a window A/C unit, ceiling fan with lights, large front windows for plenty of fresh air.. Flooring is a wood LVT for easy care. Shared bath located between the two bedrooms. W/D hookups (current we only have a washer & use the clothesline in back for the drying). Water, trash, high speed internet, cable, gas & electric are all shared between occupants.

Appreciate another working professional, someone who is tidy, respectful, easy going and of course ready to move in June 8th. One year lease is appreciated. Deposit is $1,200.
