House is tucked away with a private road which means its very safe. House is on the bigger side with ample room for storage if you require it. Room itself is your standard 10x12' with a closet, with two windows giving a view to the land and to the mountains. It also sits next to the shared bathroom. Cigarette smoking is not allowed in the house but lots of areas to smoke outside
