Currently, two individuals reside in the Master bedroom, with one room rented to our roommate.

We are conveniently located above Main Street Amphitheater, offering easy access to 805, approximately 18 minutes from Downtown. You have easy access to freeways 5, 805, 125 and Otay.

I am renting out a one bedroom, with a Full bathroom on the hallway as shown on pic, bathroom would have to be shared with roommate. Yes bathroom is kept very clean.

$900 Monthly Rental---PLUS--- $700.00 security deposit

This Includes: ( Gas-Electric, Water/Sewer, high speed internet...home is always maintained clean) With a cleaning person that comes to detail the home once a month.

Room comes with a Full Mattress, a New bed cover and sheets, large drawer where you can place your tv on top. Has spacious closet.

Room is for one single person only. NO pets or smoking or couples please. Street parking, it is such a great neighborhood!
