I'm a 24 year old female looking for a roommate to take the other room in my fully furnished apartment. I am a server/bartender who works both weekdays and weekends. The room is available September 1st and comes with a parking space. I have been living here since January and absolutely love it. The apartment complex has laundry machines, a pool and jacuzzi, a little gym. The room is a decent size, two closets, and private bath.
The apartment complex is called Pacific Bay Club and is easy to find on google. I am unable to post a link here.
