-I am renting the furnished master bedroom (Option to rent unfurnished as well) with in suite bath and an unfurnished guestroom in my 4 bedroom house in Bay Ho. The rent is $1650 per month for the master, and $1250 per month for the guestroom. The house is 10 minutes from the beaches in La Jolla or PB, and 15 minutes to downtown and the airport. The master bedroom is 14'x11' and is furnished with a king sized bed, a six-drawer dresser, and a nightstand. The guest room is 12'x12' and shares a bathroom. There is a fully enclosed backyard with artificial grass, perfect for relaxing/sun-tanning. Washer, dryer, and gym equipment are in the garage.

-I am a 38 yr old Male, single, and a former Marine Officer. After the Corps I spent a number of years in engineering and program management jobs but currently I'm semi-retired. If I'm not at home or working I'm usually either at the gym or the beach/park. I'm pretty laid back and like to maintain a peaceful home.

General items/rules include:
-$1650 security deposit required for the master, $1250 for the guestroom
-There will be 1 driveway spot for a tenant and plenty of street parking in front of the house.
-Overnight guests are permitted, just give me a heads up first.
-No pets.
-Minimum 6 month lease for the furnished room and 12 months for the unfurnished guestroom.
-I pay for the internet and power but utilities will be shared equally amongst occupants. There is 1 monthly gas bill and 1 water/trash bill that comes out every other month.
-Prospective tenants must be employed and not work from home.
-If interested, I'll first set up a short phone call. After that, we'll fix a time to have you see the property. I'll then send you a rental application and ask for $45 dollars that will go toward your background search. Lastly, if we're all on the page at this point, you'll come by again to go over and sign the lease.
