ROOM FOR RENT / PRIVATE BATH/ NORTH BAYPARK/ MUST LOVE DOGS

Hi!,

We are looking for a chill easy going individual to fill a room in a house we currently rent. Fenced in yard, laundry in garage, parking spot, private bath.

We are in our early 30s and just want to chill and not worry about rent or drama. No stress. We both are very laid back, chill people. We work hard to live here! We work A LOT. We are drama free and would like to stay that way. We enjoy biking, beaching it, hiking, concerts, surfing, just taking it easy, maybe drinks on occasion.

We are looking for someone who fits within this category and can pay bills and rent no problem.

Rent is 867$ a month plus utilities. We are looking for someone for at least a year. We are looking for someone to move in by Dec. 1st
