Hi! I’m Yasmine. My roommate Leilani and I just got approved for this place and are looking to fill in the 3rd room. We haven't moved in yet. It's a gated community and in a quiet neighborhood. Right by the bay and 10 mins to PB, OB, Hillcrest, and North Park ! Awesome location and the room/bathroom is pretty spacious, (you’d be sharing the bathroom with me).

We're nice and chill people! Great at communicating and super respectful. We'd love to be friends with our new roomie and get to know them. We're not strict about anything just the basics like keep common areas clean and just be respectful in general. We don't smoke and prefer someone who doesn't smoke in the house (occasionally on the balcony is okay). We're also LGBTQ+ friendly.

Must be okay with a dog! My roomate has a small ESA dog that is well trained, clean, and very sweet. She's super quiet and basically sleeps all day. Would consider another ESA dog, 25lbs or less.
