Quiet area located walking distance to the Clairemont Village shopping center and Mission Bay. Walking distance to Sprout's Market and convenience stores. Laid back night life, very close to restaurants and bars like Bay Hill Tavern, Fast Times, and The High Dive. Easy access to the 5 freeway, close to the University of San Diego, Old Town, and Pacific Beach.

I'm a respectful and easy going, 25 year old male. My current roommate is moving out to find a place with an old friend from high school. I've lived here for a year now and I love the area. I enjoy going to live music events with friends or relaxing at home. Hobbies include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, working out, guitar, gaming, and surfing.
