We are a very simple family of 2 persons, seeking single full-time working professional with steady income or quiet graduate student from major university nearby. No pet, No smoking, No drug, No party.

High ceiling designed, carpeted bedroom floor, hardwood bathroom floor, ceiling fan, big windows. Utility and Wi-Fi are included. Plus fruit trees on the backyard.

If more space is preferred, I can offer a furnished bigger room on 2nd floor with additional $200, which include a queen-sized bed, built-in closet, and computer desk with rolling chair, plus 2 washing sinks and a separate shower room.
