Summer Roommate Wanted in Carlsbad Townhome

I'm looking for a summer roommate to move into my completely furnished townhome in the La Costa area of Carlsbad. There are 2 bedrooms available (1 for me and 1 for my roommate).
Either bedroom would be available from June through the end of August.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has 2 large closets - 1 is a walk-in. Furnishings include queen size bed, night stand, large 7 drawer dresser, flat screen TV, reading chair and ottoman, desk and chair, table lamp, and standing lamp. $1600

The other option would be a bedroom with a large closet, a full size bed, 2 nightstands, a 6-drawer dresser, flat screen TV, a table lamp and a floor lamp. You'd have your own private bathroom that isn't connected to the bedroom. $1200

The townhome is about 1800 square feet, 2 floors, with attached 2-car garage, washer/dryer in garage, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, fireplace, sky lights, small furnished outdoor back patio, and access to a community pool and hot tub.

The downstairs is an open concept design with a large kitchen, dining room, living room area, and a powder room. See photos.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a small office that I use for storage for my online business. The apartment is completely furnished, so there's not much room for additional furniture at this time.

I own several home based businesses, and I am a professional house/pet sitter. I'm heavily booked with housesitting work all summer, so I won't be around much at all - maybe 3 weeks out of the entire summer. It would be like having your own place most of the time!

Water and internet included. Split cost of SDG&E.
