Room for rent in Carlsbad, 10 minutes from beach

Hi everyone! My fiancé and I have a room for rent in a beautiful home. We live a few minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, 10 minutes away from the beach, 15 minutes away from Palomar, CSUSM, and 40 min away from downtown SD. We live in a friendly neighborhood that has 2 tennis courts, 2 pools, and 2 hot tubs. We are outdoorsy people and we are eco-friendly. A little about Savannah (my fiancé) is that she loves to cook, do yoga, and enjoy life as it comes. She’s a nanny and works different hours. I would describe myself as someone who is crafty, loves board games, and enjoys a good show and I work full-time as a shipping and logistics manager. We have two other great housemates who are down-to-earth and kind.

Essential qualities we look for in a roommate are that they are considerate to others in the house, they are clean and pick up after themselves, and they are a down-to-earth person. When messaging us please tell us a little bit about yourself so we can get to know you!

Utilities are not included in the prices listed. We would evenly divide utilities as a household. The room will be unfurnished

We have a garage for additional storage. We have a washer/dryer on site.

We have two fridges for more storage space for food.

We REQUIRE a deposit of one month's rent, will complete a credit check, run a background check, and we need 3 references and proof of the COVID-19 vaccine.

We will consider pets. Our HOA only allows 2 animals on the premises so we will have to take this into consideration, as we have one dog ourselves.
