Looking for Roommate to share Carlsbad Townhouse

Looking for either a male or female roommate to share a beautiful three bedroom and 2 1/2 bath townhome. The room is a good size, the bathroom is not en-suite, but it wouldn’t be shared and it’s two steps from the bedroom. The bedroom for rent can be furnished or unfurnished, whatever may suit your needs. There’s also a nice size shared laundry room upstairs.
The third bedroom is a guest room, but would consider if roommate needed to use for office, but bed and small dresser would remain in room.
The townhome has a nice wraparound yard that I am in process of getting it ready for summer. There’s two car garage which would be shared with EV charger, (which I don’t use) and security system. Community is upscale, quiet and it also has a large pool, jacuzzi and nice sized gym. Beach is only 5 miles away and super close to shopping.
Located north of Calavera Hills.
About me: People describe me as being honest, loyal, outgoing, positive, I try my best to be clean and tidy, (but I not always perfect…lol, easy going, silly and loves to laugh!
I’m looking for in a roommate with similar qualities. One very important quality is that we must be able to communicate!
No drugs, smoking, drama or heavy drinkers, unless it’s water…Lol
I also love to meet new people and enjoy trying new things. I work outside the home 4 days a week and after work, I usually relax because I have a very active job and I get a lot of my exercise done during my work hours.
On weekends, I enjoy walking on the beach, hiking, kayaking, rowing, eating out and a spending time with family and friends.
Rent is $1600./mo. Includes utilities in
(SDGE, water, trash, streaming apps, internet). Deposit $1600. Everything is shared in home except for our private rooms and bathrooms!
