Room for rent. Ocean view $1400, everything includ

My name is Tom, I live in the Altamira2 neighbor hood of Carlsbad, 92011. All my preferences would be flexible, depending on the situation.. But I am solid on a female roommate; they are just cleaner and less hassle. No offense. I do have a girlfriend that lives in San Diego, but stays over maybe once a week. I spend a lot of time down there with her and surfing.. The room for rent is small, but furnished with a computer desk, and a Queen-size bed, and a closet of course. You have your own bedroom and separate bathroom and shower. A garage for your vehicle, plus remote. Full access to the house. Small kitchen with shared pantry, dishes, etc. Washer and dryer are free. Pool, jacuzzi, and sauna access, and an ocean view from every window. I lean to the conservative side, and prefer someone with similar values. I prefer no overnight guests, unless They are a regular boyfriend.. I'm a really fair person and super easy going. Just like a respectful person, who is easy going. It's very quiet here. $1400 is a great deal I am told. I'm not trying to make money, just help with the HOA and bills... Thanks for your interest! Tom
