Cute Furnished Room with Bath

Female preferred :) we will offer month to month…This is a cute room with a twin bed and a desk with a decent size closet and dresser. Will make sure it’s fully ready for a new renter. Perfect for a female student who is attending Miracosta or Calstate San Marcos. We do have a couple kitties, so must be tolerant and can’t accept any more pets. You’ll have access to your MOSTLY private bath. the teens will use master or guest bath 90 %.. Full Access to kitchen and living areas. Parking on the street access to washer and dryer with a plan to offer full and total access one day a week to use the laundry area. Utilities will be included including Internet, electric and water.
