Room for Rent in Carlsbad!

Looking for a new roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment in Carlsbad as mine will be leaving at the end of this month. I’m Alice, I’m a 22 year old female, I’ve lived here for about two years. Great location, by Carlsbad Village, and two blocks from the beach (it’s a 7 minute walk great for active people). We’re right off Tamarack pretty close to a Vons and the highway. We’ve got great neighbors, it’s honestly such a laid back community, as well as two parking spots (one would be yours), and one and a half bath. We have a good sized front deck, and smaller back deck. We won’t be having any downstairs furniture so you’re welcome to bring any couches/chairs/tables or we can go look for some furniture for the apartment together. We have a laundromat in our apartment complex also! It’s a very short walk from our front door, and clean. I work in the day, and am super clean. I clean pretty much daily and am pretty quiet. I don’t have people over except my long term partner, and my brother, as I am pretty introverted, even though I come across as social, and get along pretty easily with everyone. I can supply some more photos for anyone’s interest, and the room will be available June 1st or a little earlier. A lot of space in the apartment for storage under our stairs, storage in both bathrooms, and a good amount of shelves downstairs as well as half of the kitchen shelves and cabinets would be yours as well as half the fridge/freezer. 😁 I don’t drink or smoke anymore, but I’m very chill. I also already have internet and sdge set up and we would half it every month! It’s usually overall about $50-70 a month. We’re mindful about energy consumption, so I’ll never be running up the energy bill either (and water is included in our rent). Thank you
