Large furnished room

Hello I have a large room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, all utilities included washer and dryer on site. You would share a bathroom with a female roommate. I am looking for a reliable, responsible roommate, I don’t care about gender or profession as long as you can pay rent on time and not cause any issues in our house you are welcome! I have a huge back yard, where my 3 dogs play all day when I’m working and I also have 2 cats. One comes and goes as he pleases and the other one is strictly inside. I work a lot, and a morning person, my other roommate is hardly home and she is a night owl so sometimes we go days without seeing each other. Room comes furnished with a king bed, night stand, dresser and Roku tv however if you’d prefer unfurnished it would be no problem.
