Easy on street parking and plenty and each room has its own mini-split ac/heater and high speed cable internet. The garage, kitchen, and laundry areas are shared with one male who is the landlord. Very nice updated living room and kitchen with patio entrance to large backyard and unlimited access to workout equipment. Wonderful ocean breezes in a very nice neighborhood close to everything; shopping, bus routes, UCSD van route, stones throw from bike trails to UCSD, close to La Jolla and UTC and all major freeways. Roommate is expected to be respectful, clean, quiet, and polite.

No smoking, drug or alcohol abuse, no parties. Be prepared to provide background checks and financial proof that you can afford the rental.
