My partner and I are listing one of our bedrooms of our three bedroom, one bath house. You will be sharing the space with myself and my partner, along with our current tenant and her small dog. It's a quiet neighborhood located less than 15 minutes to the beach,
North Park and Hillcrest. A 20 minute drive to downtown San Diego. The house is also conveniently situated near public transportation.
Tenants will have access to the shared backyard and patio space. We have extra sets of bicycles and surfboards should you wish to use. We both enjoy hosting and are looking forward to hearing from you. We prefer a female tenant. Short and long-term rental available.
