Just to give you an idea of the setup the house is currently occupied by friendly, young, professional male roommates. The house is pet free, smoking and vaping free. Anyone is welcome to inquire and apply. This bedroom is on the 2nd floor, shares a bathroom with another roommate (male) and has a walk in closet.

We're looking for a clean, professional roommate to live with us in our large, modern home. The house is in a fantastic location in Clairemont with a large backyard and balcony overlooking Tecelote Canyon that's 15 minutes from both downtown and the beach. The house is recently built, has all new appliances and there are 3 large flat screen TVs throughout the house along with lots of other great features, check them out. There are also a couple guest bedrooms in the house that guests are welcome to use.

The house common areas are furnished with great features, but the bedroom itself is not furnished.
