Private Room, Utilities included, Shared Bathroom

We're a young couple offering a private room in a three bedroom, one bathroom house. The room is lightly furnished, with a full size bed, a night stand, and a small desk, but these can easily be moved out if not needed. I am the owner of the house, and a full time student, while my wife works from home. We're not the partying type, and rarely had guests before the quarantine, we like to keep to ourselves and our games. We own one dog, a medium Pit mix. He's great with new people, but is high energy and attempts to dominate other animals. Thus I must say no dogs or cats, but any other critters are fine. Rent price is negotiable for the right candidate.

All utilities are included within reason.
