I'm still a little new to San Diego so I'm loving exploring the different neighborhoods. I usually live at the beach but since starting my Commercial Real Estate business last year, I'm saving money by having a roommate and living a little inland...still less than 15 mins from the beach. I'm easy-going, laid back, great communicator, tidy, kind, respectful, courteous, social, fun-loving and hard-working to name a few traits. I enjoy a few drinks here and there but I don't party at home. I prefer a low-key, quite home life so I am seeking someone with similar interest in that type of shared living. I get along with all personality types but prefer a more outgoing person like myself. We will be living together so I want to find that perfect fit. 2Bed, 2Bath apartment. You will have your own private bedroom 10X13 with walk-in closet and your own private bathroom. Shared SDGE & COX. Rent is $1,133, Cox is $58 per person and SDGE is usually about $80 per person. Place is fully furnished, you will only need to furnish your bedroom and style the bathroom as you like. Non smoking building and no drug use. Young professional or serious student (not a party animal) I'm a couple minutes from SDSU zip 92120. I have a small, quite friendly dog who goes everywhere with me. No other pets would be considered. There is a pool and jacuzzi on site with washer/dryer on site. There are about 20 units. Friendly, quite neighbors. Place is 1000sqft. Private patio. Woodlike flooring throughout and carpeted bedrooms. You need to have a credit rating of 680 and make at least $3,000 per month to qualify. There is an online application (think the fee is $41). I work from home as a professional in the commercial real estate space. I am not loud and rarely have guests - I don't party at my house. I work hard, I have an active social life but really enjoy me time. Lease is a year and we can explore two if we need to or open to shorter like 6mths.
