Room for rent

I'm a single mother of 2 handsome boys, one is 23 and the other 9 years old. Only one of my offspring lives at home with me. ive been employed with the state for about 17 years now. im an easy going, family oriented person who enjoys cooking for my family. I keep my home clean and don't like messes. My organization is a working progress due to cabinet space is limited. i vacuum my home & mop just about everyday.. My lil one is a well respected good boy who respects other people's space except for mine lol. Im looking for someone who is honest about there cleaning habits and good character. I don't want any drama in my household as I have a lil one in the house. my house is a smoke free house! I need a clean and respects my rules kind of person to rent out my room. I have a bit of OCD, as long as you keep your space and the rest of my home clean and are ok with some rules toward splitting chores and especially how I maintain it, all should be good. I am particular about how I have my things. I also have solar so each month the sdge bill is ridiculously low. However, I have a tru-up bill.
